Remedial massage is a therapeutic massage technique that addresses specific muscle and soft tissue issues. Unlike traditional massage, which aims to promote relaxation and overall well-being, remedial massage targets healing and rehabilitation. It involves a combination of deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release to improve muscle function and reduce pain.  Remedial massage can be used to treat conditions such as muscle tension, joint pain, and sports injuries, and can be particularly beneficial for chronic pain conditions such as fibromyalgia and sciatica. It can also be used to improve flexibility and range of motion, making it useful for people who are involved in physical activity.

Our treatments range from 30 minutes focusing on one specific area of pain, to two hours which is ideal for a full body treatment.

Beginning with a short consultation, we design a treatment plan that is tailored to the client's needs.

Most of our therapists are fully trained Remedial Massage Therapists and have provider numbers with most private health insurance companies, please ask when booking if you are wanting to claim. We can process on the spot rebates for your Remedial Massage treatments through your private health care card. Please contact your provider prior to your treatment to confirm your level of cover.

The prices listed on our website reflect our Core Therapist rates. Sessions with a Base Therapist are priced lower, while sessions with a Senior Therapist incur a higher fee. Exact pricing will be displayed at the time of booking.
